  IN HANDLE               ObjectHandle,
  IN BOOLEAN              Alertable,
  IN PLARGE_INTEGER       TimeOut OPTIONAL );  

• ObjectHandle     HANDLE to alertable object.

• Alertable     If set, calling thread is signaled, so all queued APC routines are executed.

• TimeOut     Time-out interval, in microseconds. NULL means infinite.
